Birth guarantee

We offer all our customers a full maternity guarantee on Bugaboo products in our physical store as well as our webshop.

Should something not go well during pregnancy or childbirth, you will have the opportunity to return your products you bought from us for the deducted return shipping if it is sent back to us. When using the maternity guarantee, the products must not have been used and we reserve the right to ask for a medical certificate. A cart may have been assembled but not rolled outdoors.

The guarantee is valid for 30 days after your delivery and is valid upon presentation of a receipt/account statement. The goods are returned to us in their original packaging.

Purchases made on petitstockholm.se need to be returned in their original packaging.
