Birth guarantee

 

We offer all our customers a full birth guarantee on Bugaboo products, both in our physical store and online.

If anything does not go as planned during pregnancy or childbirth, you are welcome to return your purchased products to us. A return shipping fee will be deducted if the items are sent back to us. To use the birth guarantee, the products must be unused, and we reserve the right to request a medical certificate. A stroller may be assembled, but must not have been used outdoors.

The guarantee is valid for 30 days after birth and requires proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement). All items must be returned in their original packaging.

Orders placed at petitstockholm.se must be returned in their original packaging.
