Payment and prices

All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any charges for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.

We offer the following payment methods:

Subscribe to our newsletter & get a discount:
The discount code is received by signing up for Petit's newsletter. The discount code will be sent to you via email after registration. The discount code can only be used on your first order at petitstockholm.se on the entire range except for already reduced prices. The discount code cannot be combined with other offers.

Other discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.

Deliveries and returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Delivery within Sweden:
    Price SEK 49 for deliveries within Sweden.
  • Free shipping when you order more than SEK 1000
    Delivery Postnord registered letter within 1-3 working days. The package is delivered to your mailbox. If it does not fit in the mailbox, it is placed outside the door or hung on the mailbox in a weatherproof e-commerce bag. If this is not possible, leave it with the nearest agent.

    For bulky packages and larger goods, e.g. prams, home delivery takes place with DHL.
  • Delivery to Finland, Norway, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania:
    Price SEK 149, delivery within 1-3 working days to the nearest collection point.
  • Delivery to other countries in Europe and the USA.
    Price SEK 169, delivery within 3-7 working days to the nearest collection point

Conditions for delivery are also specified in the checkout under the respective delivery method. If nothing is specified, 1-3 days delivery time applies. If an article has a different delivery time, it is stated next to the respective article. If a delivery delay occurs on our side, we will notify you of this by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exonerate ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.


    We offer a 14-day right of return from the day your order was received. This does not apply to goods that have been used, goods with a broken seal or goods without a price tag/label. For health and hygiene reasons, pacifiers or bottles and hair accessories cannot be returned. Due to safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to assembled strollers and car seats.

    In order for your return to be handled correctly and approved, you contact us via email or via the contact form on the website and tell us what you want to return. If a return shipping slip is missing from the package, we will email one to you. Fill in the return form that comes with the package and use the return shipping slip. Returns weighing less than 2kg are charged SEK 49, over 2kg are charged SEK 99. NOTE: packages over 90cm in length + width + height are charged SEK 99 regardless of weight . The cost of returning carts and furniture depends on the size, contact us for an exact price. The amount is settled in the same way as you paid at the time of purchase. It is also possible to return/exchange goods purchased online in our store at Bergsgatan 9, Stockholm.

    NOTE: Orders made outside Sweden do not come with a return label, but the customer must send the return himself.

    Returns and any complaints must be sent as letters or parcels, not cash on delivery.

    Exchange of goods

    We have free resizing of the same item.
    If you would like to change a size, email us at hello@petitstockholm.se to ensure that the size is in stock.

    14 days open purchase

    We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day your order was received. The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.

    Note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been used, goods with a broken seal or goods without a price tag/label. For health and hygiene reasons, pacifiers or bottles and hair accessories cannot be returned. Due to safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to assembled strollers and car seats.

    If you, as a customer, have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being less valuable, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's reduction in value from the amount to be refunded. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

    NOTE: Open purchase/right of exchange does not apply to sale items after 14 days.

    Package not collected

    If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (package approx. 1 month, letter 7 days) , we will invoice you SEK 250 to cover our costs from the post office. Of course, you will get your money back for your item, excluding possible shipping charges.


    If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back.

    When you place your order with us, you need to provide certain personal data. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act (PUL), you have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us by e-mail.
