Returns
We have 14 days open purchase. Fill in the return form that comes with the package and use the enclosed return shipping slip.
Returns weighing less than 2kg are charged SEK 39, over 2kg are charged SEK 99. The amount is settled in the same way as you paid at the time of purchase. The cost of returning carts and furniture depends on the size, contact us for an exact price. It is also possible to return/exchange goods purchased online in our store at Rörstrandsgatan 24, Stockholm.
If you receive an item with something wrong with it, we want you to contact us via email as soon as possible, but within 30 days at the latest. Email us your order number with a description of what is wrong with the item and how it came about to hello@petitstockholm.se. Attach a couple of pictures of the product showing the entire product and the fault in detail. When we receive the email, we will decide whether it is a fault with the product and get back to you as soon as possible if the complaint is approved or not. All complaints must be approved by Petit before they are sent back.
Refunds are made after the item has been complained about and received and approved as a complaint by Petit.
Returns and any complaints must be sent as letters or parcels, not cash on delivery.
14 days open purchase
We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box. For health and hygiene reasons, pacifiers or bottles and hair accessories cannot be returned. Due to safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to assembled strollers and car seats.
If you, as a customer, have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this led to the article being returned being less valuable, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the article's reduction in value from the amount to be refunded. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
NOTE: Open purchase/right of exchange does not apply to sale items after 14 days
Package not collected
If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before it is returned to us (package approx. 1 month, letter 14 days), we will invoice you SEK 250 to cover our costs from the post office. Of course, you will get your money back for your item, excluding possible shipping charges.
Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back.
